Approach

We start with reality.

Five stages — from how the organisation works today to sustainable growth. No ready-made answers.

  1. A consultant in a dark suit reviews charts on a tablet on a resort hotel's terrace as guests breakfast by the pool above the beach and the sea.

    01. Assess

Understand how the organisation works today — its processes, responsibilities and everyday practice.

  2. A consultant and a hotel owner point to occupancy, average-rate and RevPAR charts in hotel performance reports on a marble table.

    02. Analyse

Compare practice with requirements, and find the inefficiencies and inconsistencies.

  3. A consultant and a head chef review operational charts and documents at a table in a hotel restaurant.

    03. Optimise

Improve processes, organisation and quality, so that rules become everyday practice.

  4. In a hotel conference room, a consultant presents the principles of ISO 9001:2015 on a large screen to the hotel's managers and staff.

    04. Prepare

Prepare for the certification audit; the certificate is issued by an independent certification body.

  5. A consultant reviews a business-growth chart on a laptop with a hotel owner in his office overlooking the coast.

    05. Grow

Identify practical opportunities for improvement, development and sustainable growth.
